Why the US and the World Can Live With a Nuclear Iran

the United States are terrible relations with Iran after the Islamic revolution of 1979, when several American embassy employees were held hostage. However, hostilities were taken to a new level, since Iran began looking WMD, especially since it began its nuclear program.

In 2002, the present Bush named Iran, along with Iraq and North Korea as part of his "axis of evil." Mutual hostility, were taken to a new level after radical and open Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was elected prime minister of Iran in 2005.

Ahmadinejad has escalated its nuclear program began in 1990, and in addition, it has escalated tensions with the U.S., the UN, the international community as a whole, and especially Israel. While Iran has repeatedly insisted that its nuclear program is for peaceful, civilian purposes, the world grows increasingly suspicious that could be used for the opposite reason. While the U.S. is doing everything in its power to restrict Iran's nuclear program, the issue repeatedly brought up: Were Iran to acquire WMD, what would be the consequences for the world

the answer to that question is that a nuclear Iran will do so shortly before the American interests in the region, or, in the world. Let's start with a quote from President Bush: "the threat from Iran is, of course, their stated objective to destroy our strong ally Israel ."

the threat of Iran towards Israel and the United States has been greatly exaggerated. If Iran truly acquire nuclear weapons, attacked the U.S. or Israel will commit suicide, considering that Israel and the U.S. have a powerful nuclear arsenal of its own. Iran will face immediate and devastating, revenge, and will likely be devastating to Iran, and its infrastructure. Therefore, Iran can not use a weapon to blackmail Israel or the United States.

Now there is the idea that Ahmadinejad is irrational dictator who does not value human life, and that Ahmadinejad can pull the trigger anyway. However, we must look at history to see what will happen in budućnosti.SAD believed Mao, Stalin would be dangerous and irrational dictator, and they are bili.SAD believe that they will not hesitate to risk millions of Chinese and Soviet life, and not (too many examples come into account: the Great Leap Forward, cultural Revolution, Stalin's purges). But even Mao, Stalin, and irrational, and regardless of life as they were, never dare start a nuclear war because they feared reprisals. Soviet Union and China, nuclear behavior turned out to be quite reasonable. And let's not forget that the Soviet Union and China had the ability to completely destroy the USA several times, unlike Iran probably arsenal.

Now, nobody can be sure that some leaders would not commit suicide in the action anyway, but that irrational leaders could never run this attack on their own, so that the work of many others of whom would agree to accept martyrdom as well. In Iran, Ahmadinejad is not in charge of the military, to launch an attack will require the work of hundreds of other people, who will also be willing to be martyrs.

Finally, there is fear that Iran could provide terrorist groups with nuclear weapons. But it is likely that after going through such risks in order to acquire such weapons, Iran would give to terrorist groups, which will be much more likely to get caught up with them, but I can not use weapons in Iran's strategic interests or worse, may issue, Iran and realign with the U.S. the answer is no, it is very likely to happen.

If the U.S. can live with the likes of Pakistan, India or Israel, a nuclear capability, then we can live with Iran, as well. The idea of mutual destruction to prevent nuclear war in the past, and there is no reason why it will not work in the future. Iran action, while the irresponsible are not unprecedented. Do not forget that Israel is the only non-signatory to NPT in the Middle East and that Israel is using similar tactics to avoid UN inspectors in its Dimona reactor in the Negev Desert.

So long as Iran attempts to acquire nuclear weapons may be a little unsettling, there is no reason to be alarmed about. Israel is the introduction of nuclear weapons in the Middle East would cause more than their regional rivals seek its own nuclear arsenal, but the destruction of each other makes it even less likely that you will ever use the arsenal.
